Preferred Service

All you have to do to qualify for Preferred Service is print the Preferred Service Application, which serves as your Master Rental Agreement.

Apply for an Avis Preferred card for fast, hassle free renting. All you need to do is:
  1. Click here to download the Avis Preferred Application. Download Preferred Application Now. Type in your details on the pdf form or print it out to complete it. NB. All the details on the form are important for us to capture so please complete all fields and initial any alterations.
  2. We need you to sign the application so you will need to print the application out in order to do so.
  3. Scan the completed, signed application and email it to preferred@avis.co.za or fax a copy to 27 (86) 536 1582.

Avis Preferred Service is just one of the ways we make frequent business travel in South Africa more efficient and convenient. Preferred Service is the fastest way to rent a car. It involves signing a master rental agreement and enrolment application. Once you've done this, you need never sign a rental agreement again.

Based on your Master Rental Agreement (MRA), your preferred car group will be recognised at over 5,000 locations worldwide. Simply stop at the Preferred Service counter, show your driver's licence and we will hand you your keys.

Once you've qualified for Preferred Service, you:
  • Make advance bookings quoting your unique Avis Wizard Number, which will automatically display the details on your MRA
  • Present your Drivers licence when you collect your car

If MRA details need to be updated , please email the changes to preferred@avis.co.za . You will be able to override the reservation details. However, you will need to sign the rental agreement at the rental counter.
